Honor’s Band 6 fitness tracker announced at Rs 2570.

With the increasing popularity and consumerism of fitness devices, think about a smartwatch, to look at which you don’t have to squint your eyes. Doesn’t that sound pleasing? Well, Honor has introduced a Band 6 fitness tracker whose centerpiece is a 1.47-inch AMOLED screen, even the company’s own Watch GS Pro has a smaller display than it.

A number of notable features are added to this fitness tracker from Honor. Band 6 includes a heart rate sensor and a blood oxygen monitor, which can keep track of your sleep, stress levels, and menstrual cycles. The device supports 10 workout types and automatically detects six of them in any case you miss out on any.

If we talk about the battery backup, it is similar to other fitness trackers, which last up to 14 days of typical use, on average 10 days for heavier use and has a water resistance of 5 ATM, and so is swim-friendly.

Though Honor hasn’t revealed any launch date for the Band 6 nor has given any assurance of it coming to the market any sooner, but had given an estimated price of about $35 amounting to Rs.2570 approximately to countries where it would be shipped. In short, Band 6 will give tough competition in terms of price-performance ratio to other fitness trackers from Xiaomi or other major rivals currently dominating the market.
