Apple’s WWDC 2020 had a lot of announcements regards to software. But One of the unexpected ones was regards to the AirPods Pro.
We here at Tech2Stop have extensively covered the new announcements that Apple made today, but for this post let’s briefly talk about the update on the AirPods Pro.
The AirPods Pro can now quickly switch between apple devices without you having to do it manually. Let me explain.
Suppose you are watching a movie on your iPhone and suddenly you feel like shifting to your iPad for a better experience. In these kind of scenarios the AirPods Pro would seamlessly switch between the devices automatically.
That’s so much less of a hassle now.
Now let’s come to the next Update.
Apple is trying to bring in a Surround Sound experience (like in movies) to the AirPods Pro with the latest update. They have worked on their algorithms to have a seamless Sound Experience which they call as Spacial Audio with support for 5.1, 7.1 and Dolby Atmos.
Apple detects your movements of your head and hands with respect to your device, and in real time it provides you with the surround sound effect.
Though not tested in real time, from the look of it , they sound pretty great ,and definitely worth checking out.
