In recent months the demand for Qualcomm chips has increased rapidly which in turn is driving up chip shortage and costs of even the cheapest components of nearly all microchips. But, the good news is that Qualcomm’s CEO Mollenkopf assured that he is “seeing improvements” in the efforts to ease the chip shortage that has caused tremendous trouble in many different industries.
At the China Development Forum in Beijing on Saturday, president and CEO of Micron Technology Inc Sanjay Mehrotra also said that the chipmaker would aim to increase its supply in line with the growing demand for the company’s products.
