OnePlus has released the first video (Watch the official video) of its four-part documentary series for its upcoming smartphone, The Nord. But much before the phone’s official announcement yesterday, OnePlus had made public its plans of launching a new mid-range (within 40,000 INR) smartphone in July.
In an official email statement OnePlus said, “after more than six years focused on creating flagship smartphones, OnePlus Nord will be the company’s first smartphone product line that will make the premium OnePlus experience accessible to more users.”
The OnePlus Nord is the newest smartphone from OnePlus, marking the company’s return to its roots as a maker of low-cost handsets that still sport the kind of features you’d find in a flagship. But OnePlus Nord is more than just a phone — Nord is actually a product line of affordable devices that pack in premium capabilities.
OnePlus Nord will be available for Pre-Orders in India soon, OnePlus revealed through its newly created Instagram account. The new OnePlus phone that is debuting in India and Europe later this month went on limited pre-orders in the UK and other European markets on Wednesday. The Smartphone is already listed on Amazon India Website and will be available on the E-Commerce platform.
