From today 22nd September, Microsoft has started taking pre-orders for its next-generation Xbox Series X, Series S and its controllers as well.
This generation Microsoft has made the Xbox One controllers backwards compatible with the latest Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S, but if you want to experience the latest and greatest features like low latency connection and dedicated Share button, then you might want to go with a second Wireless Xbox Controller. These new controllers will cost $60 which is same as the Xbox One controllers price.
The Xbox controllers use AA batteries, and Microsoft sells a rechargeable battery and USB-C cable pack for $25. Comparatively, Sony’s new DualSense PS5 controller costs $70 but has a built-in rechargeable battery. The Series X gamepads are available in an all-black colour, and the Series S one is an all-white controller.
The Xbox Consoles and the controllers can be pre-ordered right now, and they will arrive on 10th November, 2020 at your doorstep.
