Xbox Series S
Microsoft has finally revealed the much anticipated Xbox Series S. It was leaked since August, and now we get an official look at the more affordable budget-friendly Xbox. According to Microsoft, it will launch along with its bigger brother the Xbox Series X on November 10th.
Microsoft’s affordable Xbox targets 1080p and 1440p high refresh gaming and omits the disk drive to hit a lower price point. It has most of the improvements introduced the Xbox Series X with cut-down specs including the GPU, RAM, as well as SSD to be able to achieve a $299 price point.
Interestingly, the Xbox Series S is much smaller compared to the Xbox Series X (almost 60% smaller) most likely because it doesn’t need beefy cooling like its bigger brother.
