Sony has had a rather curious history and relationship with humanoids. it’s one among the very few smartphone manufacturers that encourages and even supports the event of third-party ROMs on its devices, provide or take a number of proprietary compromises. The Xperia 1 and Xperia 5 are now receiving Android 11 along with the December 2020 security patches. Disappointingly, Sony has not published any changelogs of its various features in addition to the plain Android 11.
The updates for the Xperia 5 II and Xperia 10 II are supposed to get Android 11 starting at the end of this month.
