Design
Firstly the Galaxy Watch 3 has a stunning design, and it looks and feels premium. Watch 3 has a rotating bezel, which makes it easier to navigate the watch interface. Physically the watch is lighter and slimmer than it’s previous versions.
Features
This time around the watch has focussed on the health aspect, with the introduction of features like Blood Pressure Monitoring, ECG, Heart Rate Monitoring, and Oxygen Saturation Monitoring. Apart from these the watch also measures your sleeping pattern and gives you a sleep score, which suggests that you need better sleeping patterns over time.
Watch 3 is also focussed on fitness, and this is where the running app comes into play, which gives you the exact data, like run-times, calories burnt, distance traveled, etc. These metrics can help you achieve your fitness goals faster.
