On Friday, 17th July Madhav Seth CEO of Realme Mobiles tweeted about a “big announcement” to take place in IFA Berlin 2020 on 4th September. Notably, this is Realme’s first IFA appearance.
IFA Berlin’s Twitter account tweeted this news earlier this week which subsequently got retweeted on Realme’s Twitter accounts.
Realme is yet to announce what they are going to unveil during IFA Berlin 2020 on 4th September but according to leaks and rumours, Realme will be unveiling the Realme X3 Pro and other products as a part of its Advanced IoT ecosystem.
Last Month Realme launched the Realme X3 and X3 Superzoom, and if Realme launches he Realme X3 Pro the line-up will be complete. Moreover, a device was spotted on TENAA with the model number RMX2121, which is believed to be the Realme X3 Pro.
Realme has already announced its “1+4+N” strategy which refers to one Core, four Smart Hubs, and N Advanced IoT products. Realme’s smart hubs include smart TVs, smart earphones, smartwatches, and smart speakers with more products like projector, car charger, smart scale, sweeping machine, electric toothbrush coming soon.
This year IFA is not going to be the same due to the current COVID-19 situation, the organizers have decided to only allow journalists in the event also the maximum number of attendees has been capped to 1,000 per day.
The event will be taking place from 3rd to 5th September, with Huawei, LG, Qualcomm, participating in the event. However South Korean tech giant Samsung has decided to skip IFA 2020 due to the current situation.
